This is our take on a New Zealand styled pilsner. Lightly hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka followed by a Riwaka dry hop. This is approximately a 5.0% beer.
Kit is supplied with all the malt, hops and yeast - California Ale - M54.
Ingredients: Pilsner, Gladiator, Munich.
This is an all grain kit - the malt will arrive milled.
