Baylands Brewery American Pale Ale fresh wort pack. This is a fantastic and super easy way to make 23 litres of high quality beer, far better than any beer a kit could produce.

This beer uses a combination of Gladfield malts and US and NZ hops, namely Mosaic, Taiheke & Centennial and packs a great flavour and aroma punch.

Very drinkable at 5.5%. This pack comes with the US-05 yeast and 100grams Dry hops that you need.

Just pour the cube contents into your sanitised fermentor, oxygenate the wort and pitch the yeast supplied. In 5 days add the extra hops we supply. 5 days later, bottle as you normally would.
